On the 26 June'10 (saturday), i went to do volunteery work at Pairis ris at 3pm-7pm. Gabriel and I ticked the second shrift at 12pm-4pm, but found out that Jaron and Dylan went for third shift. So, we changed to third shift instead, without telling the officers...
But its ok, without telling the officers. We just need to go there and report. Saying our name and sign it...
We reached there at around 3pm half-an-hour late. We were supposed to meet them there at 2.30pm for the briefing and etc... But Jaron came late and they ate lunch before going. So it is later... He realised that he never bring his phone out, so he went back to take. We were supposed to meet at 1pm. He came at 1+. We reached interchange to take the bus 89 at 2.15pm. So its confirm going to be late...
We had diffculties finding the SANA collection point. There are arrows pasted and we did not saw because it pasted too low and people are standing all around there. Hence, we were unable to see it.
I saw 2 girls who are also from SANA. Jaron went to ask them where is it. After he walked off, the girl who he was asking, started to laugh.
The 4 of us started together at the walkway, but tried no luck. We separated into 2 groups- Gabriel and I together while Jaron and Dylan together.
Gabriel collected the least amount of money by seeing the numbers of stickers remaining. The more the stickers remaining, the less number of people agreed to it.
Some people donated to my bag. But did not want the sticker. I left it there. Jaron and Gabriel took out when the people has donated and dont want the sticker. As for Dylan, i am not sure...
When Jaron's watch strike 7pm, we went back to the collction point. When they wrote the time down, its only 6.58pm...
After which, we went to eat 'Burger King'. We saw Andy Chua from 2 Integrity working there as the cashier. He does not know me, so i did not talk to him... We talked and laughd alot...
We finished our dinner at around 8pm-our dinner lasts for one hour...
We went home after that-taking mrt. Gabriel and I alighted at Kovan mrt station while Jaron and Dylan alighted at Hougang station.
Will not eleborate more what happens after that...
